Stephen P. Liska
President & Founder
Responsibilities include developing strategy for the growth of the firm while also providing comprehensive tax, investment, estate, insurance and retirement planning advice to Black Coral's client families.
Prior to creating Black Coral Financial Advisors, LLC, Stephen was a partner with The Ayco Company, L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. During his nine years at Ayco, he provided tax, investment, estate, insurance and retirement planning advice to Ayco's high net worth clients. He also served as Vice President of Ayco's National Sales & Marketing division, where he was responsible for new business development for the firm's Northeast region.
Prior to Ayco, Stephen spent twelve years with Asset Management Group as a Senior Financial Advisor.
As a graduate of Lehigh University, he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance.
He then earned an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.
Stephen holds FINRA Series 65 license. He is a Registered Insurance agent.
Raymond W. VanHoorebeke
Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive tax, investment, estate, insurance and retirement planning
support to Black Coral's team while working one-on-one with client families. Additional responsibilities include
managing the firm's compliance requirements.
Raymond has three years experience as a mortgage wholesaler and an additional seven years as a retail mortgage broker. Prior to the mortgage industry, Raymond headed operations in a small food service firm for twelve years.
Raymond holds FINRA Series 65 license. He is a Registered Insurance agent.
Dennis B. Galvin
Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive tax, investment, estate, insurance and retirement planning
advice to Black Coral's client families.
Prior to joining Black Coral Financial Advisors, LLC, Dennis was a Financial Analyst at The Ayco Company, L.P., a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. During his tenure at Ayco, he provided tax, investment, estate, insurance and retirement planning support for the firm’s financial advisors.
Prior to Ayco, Dennis was a Financial Consultant at AXA Advisors.
As a graduate of Rutgers University, Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting with a Minor in Economics.
He holds FINRA Series 65 license.
Josh K. Wardell
Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive tax, investment, estate, insurance and retirement planning
advice to Black Coral's client families.
Prior to joining Black Coral Financial Advisors, LLC, Josh was a Financial Advisor at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. During his tenure at Raymond James, he provided investment and retirement planning advice to his clients.
Prior to Raymond James, Josh was a Senior Sales Executive at CVent, Inc.
As a graduate of the University of Florida, Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
He then earned a Masters in International Business from the University of Florida.
While at the University of Florida, Josh was a student athlete on the tennis team--ranked top 5 in the country.
He continues to play tennis and is a member of the Naples, Florida Pro-League.
He holds FINRA Series 66 license. He is a registered insurance agent.
Megan N. Liska
Vice President, Senior Financial Analyst
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive tax, investment, estate, insurance and
retirement planning support to Black Coral’s team of financial advisors.
As a graduate of the University of Alabama, Megan earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in Finance and concentration in Economics.
Ryan S. Liska
Vice President, Associate Chief Operating Officer and
Senior Financial Analyst
Responsibilities include providing support to the Chief Operating Officer, as well as providing comprehensive
tax, investment, estate, insurance and retirement planning support to Black Coral's team of financial advisors.
As a graduate of Florida Southern College, Ryan earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration.
